He received his graduate degrees from law school of Saint-Petersburg State University and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) that he graduated with a diploma in European Law. Seyfi is currently engaged as a business and legal consultant with a Kuwaiti law firm and MyGroup Holding in Azerbaijan.
